Confidential Shredding/ Data Destruction

The Bailey Waste Confidential Service operates across Northern Ireland and with our sister company Agnail throughout the Island of Ireland and the UK.

How it works

Bailey Waste’s Confidential service is based on an Annual Subscription/Membership which covers all your service needs for a full 12 months. This allows you to have ALL YOUR PAPER collected and destroyed at no extra cost which saves you time and money.

Step 1

Become a member and receive your first 50 bags and tags

Step 2

Place all paper in the bins/bags provided and seal with unique security tag when full.

Step 3

All collections are recorded using the latest mobile technology and barcode scanning systems allowing real time tracking of each bag through to destruction.

Step 4

The bags will be collected by a security checked driver in an unmarked van for added protection. Collections will take place either by arrangement or to an agreed schedule (preferably a minimum of 10 bags per collection).

Step 5

Bags are scanned for a second time and the contents loaded on to the conveyor for shredding. The bags are shredded in compliance with statutory guidelines and regulations.
